Horrible service RDP. I bought for 1 month RDP Franch and I repent now becouse i "threw" 6 $. RDP is quite fast but the problem is that the server every now and then someone (Admin) restarts and then I have a closed session. Once I opened a ticket because I could not log on RDP (2 full days I could not log on RDP) and I got the reply after 48 hours. Really terrible service and horrible experience as far RDP. The main problem is that every now and then the server restarts. To me it should be RDP 24/7

Its upto you. I am not going to refuse about the restart ..Hereafter we will inform all clients before restart

Restart done not only by us by some other Admin users to complete some action

It does not matter. You too many times doing "restart" and in the world of RDP it is not so. Restart should do once a month maximum not every day or every two days. Before I had the RDP with other companys where I was six months, At six months, only one time server was restarted (partially because the boss knows what he is doing and how they can lose users).

Your service does not mean more use, you have a good and fast servers but it do not mean nothing because every time when I login I find close session and with that bait all.
My advice to you is stop every day or two restart the server because it does not work someone who sells RDP.

Nearly 60 days uptime for all our FR nodes. We restart only when something happened bad to the server. (((Look our affordable NL packs also))) [[sorry for not being active in WJ. I was little busy on my research work.. Hope by next month i will finish my work and back to business actively]].

@javporn - Staff's have solved it in 30 minutes of your ticket. Wj posting will not improve the speed of solution. I may be online only over the day time +5.30 GMT.

The keylogger was installed by the "install1" login which we offer for all users.
Really i am not aware such things users do.Users please consider RDP as your home system
