Yes we differed little ..What i said in First post ..i will update it

FR 1 RDP - 16 users
FR 2 RDP - 14 users

Please open task manager and count the active users..

Why user count increased:
To be frank 99% users willing to get basic $6 pack only..
I dont find some one to get RDP for encoding.. I hope i have to become trustworthy by running RDP biz few more month to get some encoders to join our RDP
Few demo/contest acc also their

Just to cover server cost ..user account increased.
 
Sorry, but your first post or this one don't speak about active users but total users. And total ones in the rdp where I'm now is 22, not 14, not 16.
 
Since the server restart, my zoom doesn't load anymore and sometimes utorrent shows just a black screen. I had already sent ticket regarding my issues and the last reply was "forwarded to technical department" yet up to now, I still don't see any improvement and no feedback anymore.
Sorry to say, but I am disappointed :(
 
We aware of your frustration .As its weekend we dont have staffed

I am sure you in NL RDP 2. It was bugged after restart done on Sep-26. (Most of the software setup missing, too many background process,unknown services)
Hope it will be fixed by today.

We have already notified about the issue.. Most of the program their in RDP was infected by some adware which killing the CPU
If you need to have fresh program use the admin access or intimate here

I have notified IDM missing. We had not uninstalled.. some user may be
