Do you throttle download speeds after 500mb for free users? some of downloaders say they experience slower download speed after 450mb and gets even slower after 1gb

Thank you for your valueable feedback, but we didn't find any issues, kindly provide some sorft of screenshots / video, also ISP details etc.

Oh I'm just asking if there were speed limits for free users since most file host have some kind limit. Now that I know your file host doesn't have speed limit for free users I'm guessing it's the user's ISP side that has problems
 
I requested payment on May 28, 2026, and still haven't received it.

I sent a message to their Facebook page and received no response from their support team.

They said the payment process takes 48 hours, but so far nothing...
