I must say, after purchasing, it was immediately setup and so far speeds are simply awesome. Haven't needed support yet for anything. When I do will post saying how good/bad it is.

Just moved to Webden after the servedome debacle. Have to say their servers are blazing fast and the one question I had was replied via ticket withing an hour. Will update after a month. Servers seem fast as hell as of now.
 
Don't hesitate to go with webden. the server speed alone was enough to convince me not to take the 2 months free offer from servedome for their german vps.
