OMG , never used those fuckups , I was with them a while back and they had always downtimes and problems like that.
Just telling you my experience :)
 
and here i was happy.....
well one of my rival wrestling sites is hooked there, seems to be good..

I mean a dedi server offcourse. not a vps
 
I emailed them regarding a few things, including the server.lu reseller status. Here's an excerpt from one of the responses...

We are not resellers of server.lu, we do use same ISP in LU, but we have own hardware there. And our sales and support departments do not depend from them. We do provide 24/7 support on all our services + you have remote reboot button in my.altushost.com panel. Our sales department doesn't work 24/7, but you can expect answer within max 12h. Guaranteed support ticket response time 30m, but we usually answer within 10m, and always somebody is online on live chat support on site. But for some complicated problems, we always prefer ticket to be opened, because we then can pay more attention on problem without slowing down our support.


If anyone goes with them in the near future, or has any other insight, please share your experiences.
 
I just bought the standard package VPS from them. I'll tell you how it goes. But what I can tell you is that their technical support is always online which is a great thing. I'm not sure if this is bad but it's been 10 hours and they haven't set up my vps yet. Maybe it's just because I'm impatient lol.
 
Sorry for double posting but I need to bump this a bit lol. Their VPS is very good, the speed is amazing. We had problems in the beginning when they accidentally set some restrictions on the resources of the account. But all is well ^ ^. My current standing for altushost is positive. Nikola is a very honest person :)
 
Not gonna bash them, nut Nikola is a kid. He's young, tries his best I guess but others have only had bad reviews from them.
There was this one time that everybody was going with them and then I don't know if it was too much for them to handle at once, but they had immense downtime and everybody complained. Since then people just steered clear of them.

Since then I don't know how much they have improved.
