they always answer of it tool more than 3 days just add a reply in your support thread and you will get an answer make your point clear and maybe give them some screen shots of previous FH stats
 
Hi,
How affairs with sales are?
If earlier support corrected part of my sales manually which weren't considered in statistics, now they don't answer month my tickets and all these sales take away to themselves.
The statistics is simply awful the last 10 days.
Sorry for bad english.

may because this is a discussion thread and not an support thread!?

let me guess your question. hmmmmmm, add Turkey to tier 1 or 2 :P (i know they dont have PPD just kidding)
 
There's something wrong happening. I normally get approximately 20 sales a week for the last few months and this week I still got 0 sale and no rebills... I'm starting to feel ripped off.
