How to register on upstore?

Hello everybody.

I just registered on upstore as a regular member because I couldn`t find the affiliate/webmaster link. This is the usual procedure or do they have a special section for affiliate? I`m asking because I can upload files and it shows how many times the files were download by free or premium user.

I bought a premium account for 3 months.
I have not downloaded a single file in the last week!
I'm trying to download a file from this file sharing service, but the system gives me an error:

It is strange, but you have reached a download limit for today (20 GB). If you are downloading much, you should get several accounts or wait for a while...

Four days ago I wrote to the support service. No answer.
Very bad service and support service!
The support team just ignores you and your problems!
