You can come to live chat and let us know your username/email so we can look up this download and see why it was not counted. Could be due to reaching the max downloads for the day per IP(Which is 2 downloads per day max will be counted for profit).
No we cannot move poland to Tier1, sorry. It is in the correct position right now. We do offer bonuses once we see over 1000 downloads in an uploader account depending on how long it takes to hit 1000 downloads. Bonuses can range from $25 to $250 depending on how many downloads you are getting. The File Manager must be downloaded and installed at least once per windows user. Once this is done, they can download free and unlimited forever. There is no exception for this policy. It's to prevent bots also as we do not allow any cheating@uploadHUB

Your IP can be counted twice per day for any downloads - to earn you revenue. If in 1 day already your Ip has been credited for two downloads , anything past that won’t earn you anything from that IP for the day. This is normal practise. Thanks.
