The job of uploader job is more common than you think.
There are many people with projects of this "type", but they don't have time to upload/edit the content, so they hire someone to do it for them.

Not sure someone will see a return in investment here. The easy part that takes no time is the uploading, the hard part is the driving traffic / conversions and posting which takes time.
