If you sent them information they asked, your request will be checked in few days and then paid in 30-40 work days, it usually takes that for webmoney. It's normal.
Send them your WME, your name and country, exactly the same data you put in payout request. They need to be sure that you are the same person who requested payout - simply copy and paste those data in email, it will be ok. It is standard verification when you change payout method or when it's your first payout. Sometimes they asking also for sites where you post.
The best method is by bank account, I paid you at the latest 14 days after requesting the payment.

the accounting of the sales, uploaded records the sales well .. and ddownload ,, in almost 8 months using it it does not count well the sales of any form or any type of affiliate program...
Can't find that in TOS of UL ... + i made diferrent experiences. Maybe you mix up UL with RG

+ diferrence is you'll 2x the cash you'll earn at ddownload + you can download with more as tiny 100 mb/s + you can upload with more as tiny 200 mb/s.
So better quality at UL but you've to wait longer for the money you earned.
The only BIG BIG point which is realy annoying to me is, that they ban the account all ~5 days. Otherwise you can earn 3x the cash you can earn with ddownload.
Thats my experiences over the past 4 yrs with ul. Also some other big content posters told me the same.
