I have read that people from US, Canada, Australia and UK (if I am not wrong) can't pay using CC. Don't know if all people from those countries or some of them, however this might be the reason why sales dropped drastically last days.

These people are willing to pay for premium, but they can't, so what they do? Go for resellers or debrids, which gives an uploader (and UL in a second case) nothing.

Why every filehoster accepts cc payments worldwide and UL has a problem with that?

i don't asked for payment but all my money in ul.net are disabled & placed in Offen Status !! means What ??

it means ur account got hacked..thats what happened in my account and the hackers deactivated the logbook so i cannot see which payout he/she request.


i believe this problem are so often!!i think UL should make a new security like ask personal question before request not only password. luckly the payout request take 15-30days.

Declined the payout request and send you a new password.

I forwarded an idea to our development team to prevent this in future.

please can't we get next payments in 7days like you did it before 2 times, or trusted uploaders that their accounts have no fraud sales, they will have less time in payment, :)

BTW can't you tell us about CC in Australia

You leech (Put) Same files (MD5 , Hash and ...) that someone added before you, so the links are alive and nothing in your file manager.

change the MD5 and Hash and Every things will be OK ;)

The amount of money that you received (paid) by UL :)
 
They were fine on the filemanager when i uploaded them, for like 12 hours, but now they're just links - not accessible from my filemanager -

I know what you mean with the md5, but i believe that aint the way, cause i had them for almost a day.

I had never seen any amount in enhanced view when my payment was getting processed but today I got my 131 euros.
I had requested for payout on 2 Feb, 2013.
I think you will get your money in time.

good idea till :)

either

a) add security question-answer

or

b) add lock account feature (a lock -unlock button-option in profile page)

when u lock account (it 'll lock all acc.details) to unlock again users need confirmation email

both ways add an extra security.
