u will get a mail like tthis if u selected for card and will able to see a option on the top of AP account

Dear Alertpay Staff Member,

I got selected for a debit card and paid for that too, proof also submitted but the problem is where i want to receive the card is different from utility bill address will it be a problem for me or i will got the card on the new address ?
 
How can I verify my alertpay account? My credit card isn't processing...Isn't there anyother waY? I knw "bank wire" .. but that ain't supported by my bank to send the wire in USD $

Hey DejaVu,

If you would like the AlertPay PrePaid Debit Card and have been sent an email on ordering, you will have a limited time to order. Keep in mind that you will be asked to submit verification documents.

I have Govt. Issued ID card and it is in Urdu language instead of English and have utility bill named to my father instead of me but address same as Govt. ID card and AP address so can I submit it for verification? Waiting for your kind response.

Hey Ar!yaN,

The proof of address must match your shipping address. Are you able to provided something that reflects the wanted shipping address? You can submit a screen shot of your online banking and blank out unnecessary information if you'd like.
