i sent u a PM.... bt no rply and my pblm is I Ordered a card last time and after next 2/3/5 days AP stopped the card AND DID NOT send to me.
Now should I again oreder the card ??? iid it is yes,than how can I got my money which I paid for the old one??

If i submit a utility bill of that shipping address but that bill have not my name in written on that will it work ?

Hello Tarik,
I ordered a card, but my order has been declined.
I wonder if the problem is that I have submited my ID card instead of the passport (Because I don't have one)
Can you help me please ?

What is the difference between USD and CAD card? Also, how name on the card will effect the card? Is there any usage restriction for CAD card or it can be used anywhere like USD?
 
hello dear sir and alertpay i need debit card that have launched last days and need it but they reqiured pasport or driving license but i hve not both of this may i order by simple cnic image of my self

i uhad uploaded my ID and a proof of adresse witch was on my father's name
and my order was declined
also when i enter my account , there is not that banner
i'd like to buy a credit card so help me to re order that card

The provided documents must absolutely be in the name that reflects the AlertPay account.

Hello Basitali124,

The names must match one hundred percent. The proof of address must reflect the name on the account. There is no way around this unfortunately.
