If you have a Personal Pro account and want to downgrade to a Personal Starter account:

1. Login to your AlertPay account.
2. Click on "Profile".
3. Under "Personal", click on "Downgrade Account".
4. Under “Personal Starter Account”, click on "Downgrade Now".
5. Click on "Confirm".

You may only downgrade to a Personal Starter account if you have not surpassed the receiving limits of $400 USD per month or $2000 USD/lifetime. You may only downgrade to a Personal Starter account.

I dont have that option under "Personal", only upgrade...

So since i don't have large income anymore can you plz downgrade my acc to personal starter?

How long does it take to unlimite my account?

You limited it 2 weeks ago, I sent my ID and proof of residential 1 week ago and it is still limited.

hi sir i have a question

i invested some money to incrasebux (a ptc site) 4 or 5 months ago.and cant get the worth of it.as you may know they are in trouble and cant pay to members.i have 120 bucks stay in the site.do i have chance to get it back if i open a dispute?

[FONT=&quot]My account has been suspended since the day 18/11/2011 So I submit a ticket to you to find out why, and was answered on 21/11/2011 and as I understand that my account was suspended due to security reasons and you want some of the documents that prove my character, such as passport and ID card. . etc., and I Answered to this request and sent all the required documents on the same day …Then you send me an email saying that you will begin the investigation and it was dated 23/11/2011 and until now no reply from you ... I do not know what is the problem my account is (verified) by Visa Card and all my account information recorded is 100% Right[/FONT][FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]​

I have a question, i withdrew some money from my AP account using bank wire and today the wire was successfully processed by AlertPay. Now how many days will it take for the amount to appear in my bank account?
 
when will i be able to verify my visa card? it has been many months :(

Is there any other way to verify it?
I can do online bank transfer in India.

You can verify your account through a bank wire/transfer deposit.

Since we want our members to verify their accounts and to have as many options as possible to do so, we are going to waive the usual bank wire deposit fee just for the purpose of verification. However, the minimum amount for deposit by bank account is $50.00 USD, so you cannot do bank wire verification if you do not intend to deposit at least $50.00.
