Filefactory is NOT closed! It just says that they have delayed payent because of Paypal issues. I know this has happened with Filefactory in the past so don't close the book on them until they have officially disbanded their affiliate program. Keep in mind that they are based in Amsterdam so they may not close shop like the U.S. based file hosters.

Have you tested the waters posting anything on the Chinese servers? I'm just curious.

I think you are right.

They are upgrading their servers in a few hours,
So they not planning to disappear I guess.
 
I have downloaded from shragle with a premium account before, but I have never uploaded to them. Their download speeds are decent, but they host german porn mostly from what I have seen.

This is not true.
I'm from Portugal and I assure you that send to European servers currently is 100% secure.
The only problem is that the European servers pay very badly and has very low speeds compared to those of US as Fileserve, nor compares.
But it is possible that the servers (I) some of them at least block the US to avoid complications.
Portugal, Europe in General never conducted by law of america didn't even have power over Europe, at least for now.
The problem passes through servers located in Germany that is the only country in Europe where laws and censorship is very tight and the penalties are too heavy and it is likely that these filehosts up close, in the rest of Europe is safe.

I uploaded over FTP 1 file of 350 MB and another of 1.46 GB and speeds are between 900 KB/s and 1.1 MB/s in upload I approve, now download I wonder the speeds free and premium.
The remote upload of experienced Filesonic (when still gave) and Wupload and is not loading correctly.

I only share Japanese pr0n so that is a NO-NO for Chinese servers. The Communist government is very strict with pornography. They make the service provider responsible for allowing such contents to be shared or possibly even storing is illegal. Sooner or later those files will be deleted.
 
Remove FileFactory.com from the list. They recently started deleting premium accounts without caring to issue payments first.
