No matter how you rename the file or the RAR filename, it will not stop their vCloud9 tool from detecting copyrighted contents. I don't host any copyrighted contents so I don't really know for sure but I read that 1st time detecting your copyrighted contents, you have to take a Quiz. Second time your account is suspended but your files are still there. Third time is a total ban, which includes deleting your account and files.
And if you and your users are from a country friendly to the U.S, don't use Hotfile. Hotfile keeps a log of all IP addresses that upload and download from them and they will betray you if the authorities come knocking!
