Still the 30th. Seems your payment was already sent.
 
Hey mrs Matt i have one question maybe you have time and you will answer...why you put the payment PAID if you have not send the money???
 
Many of my users asked me why on videos that are 720p MKV they get this:

I stopped using your service months ago. But I still have posts with links to your site. So maybe you can be helpful and tell me why on all 720p MKV files they get this error.

Ensure your payment information and method are correct. This wouldn't happen multiple times in a row if the correct information was entered
