I have a problem with the image thumbnail. just like other video hosts the thumbnails are always gray background and do not display images. I might be able to replace them one by one but it will take a long time if I upload dozens of videos per day for my audience. and other remote uploads are not yet available. I will use your video hosting if you fix the 2 problems above. and transparency regarding views and income

I usually don't comment with owners of sites I don't work with, but when I read your offer of cooperation I am shocked and will be extremely surprised if anyone in their right mind will cooperate with you. Let's start with the fact that you only give 20 GB for free users and count on people to quickly reach 10k impressions to the questionable unlimited disk space and as if that wasn't enough you process payments every 20 days. Earning rates are not optimistic either. In conclusion , working with you seems to me a high risk and a waste of time and I highly doubt your professionalism of this hosting as well as its performance. Currently we have many hosts that offer much more than you. For the sake of others I hope I am wrong. Regards.

We are a NEW, and our ad provider has a payout schedule of every 15 days. As a result, we can only process payments every 20 days.

If I were to hold your payout for 20 days without explaining this, would you be okay with it?

Without this explanation, you might start expressing concerns with messages like "Scam, fraud, fake, pay now, why the delay, and so on..."

Hmm yeah, I would never use a new unestablished host that already takes so long to pay. Definitely a massive red flag and you would go direct into a trap. Gives hosts always decent time to run away with your money. Not to say about basic design template which directly indicates unseriousness and no commitment.

What a joke that they only give 20gb of storage until you get the number of views

And also another point: they don't encode the videos in 1080p and when I upload a video it lasts 10 minutes and it says that the file is deleted, so the videos don't last long.

I don't know what's wrong with this host but a lot of deleted files appear and it hasn't let me generate views. Every now and then I get the deleted file... and it survives and the deleted file appears again. They must solve that please

Can you add more API REQUEST. For example 800 requests per minute. I see your available requests are only 200, that's not enough if my audience is large. I need at least 800 Request per minute

Who would you recommend that you can pay premium to that won't remove inactive files while on premium?
