I'm disappointed with Customer Support. I've been unable to get a hold of a Staff to discuss some serious problems regarding my website.
My website has been constantly down due to HIGH LOADS from my website and I need an Admin to reset my Dedicated Server for me..
Because I can barely get a hold of a Staff, means I can't fix my downtime issues.. And it's costing me Revenue and Reputation.
Sorry to hear you've had problems, as you have been made aware - you have been receiving major DDoS attacks which are also effecting other customers. These type of problems can only be looked into by our 3rd level tech support team and there isn't much we can do as we don't cater to attack-prone websites such as yours...
