Hand-holding support - what is it?

Whilst low-cost and budget providers offer little or non-existent support under the guise of unmanaged support, the other side of the coin can mean expensive and unmanageable bills.

We believe true managed support takes having administrators around the clock focusing on your server with in depth knowledge of your custom applications, scripts and sites thus making it unaffordable for the vast majority of our client base.

Instead, we like to call our solution “hand-holding support”. We will deal with keeping your server online and business running simply allowing you to focus on what you do best.

Our team will deal with security updates, operating system updates, control panel updates and any problems that may occur during the day-to-day operation of your server.

Just a quick update:

We have now run out of N40L servers with promo pricing (£0.95) - we can still offer them at our standard pricing of £24.95 with FREE DISK UPGRADES! :pirate:

We can upgrade the hardware on the true 1GBps unmetered server (extra CPU, more RAM, more HDD's).

We also accept BitCoin - contact us!

tibbsy79, apologies you have had to wait for a response on our livehelp, it is manned fully during business hours (9-5GMT) but delays can sometimes occur in answering due to volumes of calls as we have a policy for each agent to deal with a maximum of two clients at any one time. As I said in my earlier post, we have no promo £0.95 offers left available (we have sold over 25+).

You can still order at the standard pricing and receive free disk upgrades. Free Microsoft Windows Server 2008 licensing also continues! :)
 
I have only been using my server for a day now but everything seems great, speeds are super fast and support is first class.

I have been using my sever for 3 weeks now and have had no down time and am always getting great speeds.
