Like i said they by law have to send out a DMCA notice first... unless your hosting like CP or something then yea, but i wont be so its pretty much like any pother server, run whatever you want, till someone has a bitch about it then we can work on it.

Its not CP, its warez. And yes unless your dealing on a level like TPB or something then they do have to send out a DMCA even before they can sue or anything.

but dont most your sites focus on cp?
 
What systems do you have in place for when your clientele start to increase?
A single 100Mbit connection from a household ISP will not be sufficient.
What if the power goes out? Do you have a generator to keep your systems online for atleast 24 hours?
What about a DDoS? Do you have any type of hardware firewall(s) in place?

The guy cant even ssh, so simple things like installing CSF, dos protection well hes allready failed.

and for the guy above he said it not me

Not wanting to buy WHMCS isnt the same has not being able to afford to buy WHMCS. I can afford WHMCS i just didnt want to buy it because i simple cant use any updates or support which is 95% of what your paying for.

This is not a multi billion dollar operation haha. There is pluses and minuses of that yes. Anyone thats had to deal with hosting knows what those are. If i need to upgrade my stuff then yes i can do that when i get more clients and need to and get some money coming in but for now what i have does well with what i got. If i get more i will upgrade yes.

there is plenty in place in case anything goes wrong. Naturely the more clients I get the more i can add.

Added after 13 Days 21 Hours:

For all the users saying that my severs would never ben up... there still up and havent been down yet, so 100% uptime since i open... Some of you should really keep your mouth shut.
