I just paid him on 15th January. This is pain in the @ss. A refund and backup maybe could ease the pain, if they can't solve it. I don't pay full price to get 6 days service only.

what worries me about urgentvps is that is hosted ad germany >_> i think is not so safe and they said that if they receive any DMCA notice they will forward it to you and they will lend personal info about you if needed.
