well i got a new vps...data is lost >_> but i guess i will have to use my 1 week old backup <_< i guess i got lucky

Drakul did you open a ticket to tech support stating you wanted to stay with them and ask for the 2 months free offer?

I did and got new vps details not the old ones.

I didn't yet. First, I want to make sure if my data still recoverable or lost.
Did you get your old data or backup or lost everything ?
 
I've lost everything. The main moderator who looks after everything has also left the site because of the loss. Im not sure if it will ever be the same.

Basicly i've lost my business... And part of my life. Never again will i trust an offshore company with my livelyhood.
 
Yeah, sorry to break it to ya, but it was your responsibility to take backups. Fortunately for me I didn't use mine for web(hosting). So I lost no websites, only RL and data :(

EDIT: My US VPS is now up again :)
 
Yeah, but what about host responsibility to take backup on his own server ? If he so serious on this hosting business, he should take backup.

I'm going to ask for refund.
