It seems the licensing server code and backup is available on his PC which he would fix this weekend

Umm, I'll be a little busy with my own stuff during the weekend - but if you see the license server online (from the people who have sBorg installed on their respective VPS), drop me a PM and I'll look into it whenever possible

I plan to keep it alive for a little longer this time - could have done that easily if LeaseWeb would have been a bit more supportive (and not a type of host that would format the hard disk without taking backup)

Wait for a while till the license server is setup again - you'll be able to purchase install tickets and use sBorg as normal soon

What's the process for asking a refund from sborg? Would be easier if I just ask for a refund on the dead hosting and buy install tickets as independent transactions.

I think its better to take refunds in the form of install tickets as they are already facing financial crisis. I too have lost money but my request for refund would be only in the form of install tickets.

^ True but I have already paid for some months in advance already. Why would I need 10-20 install tickets right now anyway? If I need any in the future, I can always buy again.

Any update if the server is up yet? I doubt so but it is the weekend already.
