ReversedHosting. I have been with them for a while. I sold my site. So I am gone and left there hosting. But, I will sure be coming back. There support was wonderful. I personally know one of the owners. Site was never down. Had very fast load time and support whenever I needed it.

The hell is wrong with you people ? 3rd downtime in 1 month and again I am gonna loose traffic I know of it X-(

Have been cotacting you on yahoo aswell since 8 hours+ but offline

Moreover whenever I try to do anything related to server, it always gives one problem or another. Just when I was adding addon domain yesterday it started giving another error and cant even add a addon domain and now whole site down
 
Hey, this is a review/complaint kind of. So far, these guys have been amazing! The host is fast, cheap, and (for the most part) reliable.

Whenever I had a question, they were there to answer it to the best of their ability.

The site has been down for awhile, and my users are getting a bit frusterated... Do you know when it might be back up?

Hello members of wjunction yes this is now the support thread for our misery now.

Our server has crashed down at the datacenter. Yes its been 8 hours down today or more.

The server is not booting, we are trying to figure out if it's the hard drive, or some other problem Ryan is working on the issue, if we can't fix it over kvm over ip, he will install a 2nd hard drive and work on trying to transfer the data as long as the hard drive didn't crash, which may take several hours, don't worry we are doing everything in our power to fix and correct the issues and make sure no data is lost, or anything gone, we will do everything possible to correct the issues, and we will also credit you at least a few days to a week's worth of credits for these few hours of downtime, and please do not email us, as it will delay the issues at hand, don't worry just because we aren't posting doesn't mean we aren't fixing the issues, we have been working several hours, and we will work until it's all resolved or some resoultion we can do to fix and correct everything and get everyone back online, once we get more information we will post it as things happen, until then please just sit back and relax. Thank you for staying with us, you won't regret it. enjoy :)

You are wrong sir. Our server has been up for 3 weeks straight. Prior to that downtime which was 5 minutes long we were up for 2 weeks and 3 days. So do not say third downtime in 1 month. March nearly started. Thank you.

Also ive been on msn all day talking to clients.
 
I like this hosting very much, it reallys provides fast hosting for reasonable price. Just sad to see it down now. Could you let us know for how long maximum it will be down?
 
@Capo I didnt meant you but Bio and my site have faced the problems 3 times in a month
Just a few weeks back there was that Database error as well

Also its not More days I/We want credited mate :(
You should know how bad it feels to a webmaster if his site is down

I already lost some traffic due to eariler problem in your server and its down again, DDLS might again blacklist me like before
I have been getting PMs and chat messages asking about site and furthermore I am now in doubt what will happen if you dont recover HDD :|

I dont have any latest backup so all stats will be lossed :|

Please do something fast or atleast provide backups to clients so they can have the site online again on temporary server till you fix the issue
 
The Data Center And I are working extremely hard to solve the issue. We are very sorry for this issue.
Phoinex Nap dont think its a HDD issues. They think its a cooling fan.

Ok, seems that I fixed my problem. Hosted my domain on other hosting and redirected all traffic with .htaccess help where it should be sent. So now I am calm : ) Waiting till you fix all problem. Good luck.
 
^^ Sarma you mean you say displaying some under maintainence message ? Can you PM me how you did so I can also put a under maintainence or such message, atleast traffic wont be lost
 
We have updated you that we are working on the issue. If its a hardware problem theres nothing i can really do at the moment. Im waiting on word from the data center. Like i said before only because im not posting doesnt mean the problem isnt being fixed. I will keep updated.

Believe me we are just as frustrated.
