I believe in my TOS there was refund policy that i will bring up as soon as i get all of ReversedHosting's files back. Only a certain amount of days are given.

As you all know the horrible downtime incident i had with my server. I need to adress everyone to know who has backups and is waiting for reversedhosting. Please answer to the poll so i can take the appropriate measures to my next step. Thank you.

No i hired a guy to work on the recovery. Nothing to do with me being the host. Its called tech work.

1. you can go to https://www.asciidigital.com/ and go to live chat and talk to Chad he is the guy i hired to do the job. He can personally tell you the process of recovery I work handss on with someone that is in contact with the DataCenter. I need to contact him first.

Im 19. And the HDD was wiped. But if you know its possible to recover via KVM. Sure ill give you some imaginary money ;)

Logs wont give you a backup. It just shows the uptimes and downtimes of the server.
