Very poor service now. I submitted a ticket on Feb 20 about IDM not working. still no reply. From 2 days I am not able to download anything.I think I should get my money back ?

Jamesrocky, we already told you that it can't be fixed. We tried it ourself, we even gave admin access to another user. If you do not believe me and want to claim a poor service, PM me and I'll get you admin rights, let's see if you can fix it. Next to that, we got plenty of apps available as an alternative.
Please post some screens of the download speed of this "poor" service.
You even made us wait 1 week over due date for a payment and now our service is poor?

If you are on the server ending on IP 199 then all your issues are resolved, the failing RAM was replaced and the isssues with IDM have been resolved.
