I doubt that a watching limit of 74 minutes is an effective way to sell premium accounts and finance the service. It's so easy to become a "fresh user" by obtaining a new IP. I agree with the majority here that you should find a solution soon to make viewers, uploaders and yourself happy. :-)

Ok of course, we can try make 1080p only for premium, it will save us traffic and improve the speed in general.

Yes also, but also because of countries with low CPM.
The only one is US but only 5% of its traffic is used

^^ Then get rid of these users who spam the site and use it as storage only. If you do not apply any upload limitations (which you don't do) this will never stop. Simply apply a daily upload limit, at least to new users or have users who need more apply and you could check if it's worth it. Or limit the hard drive capacity to worthless uploaders. Like this you could pay your honest uploaders who bring you all the content again. Good side effect would also be that one doesn't have to wait forever until files are encoded on your system. It's terrible queue at the moment. :-(

I think about limitations for free users between non-trusted and verified accounts. This is the solution.
 
Yeah gounlimited works like that, you have to be trusted user to be able to upload lot of files. That's a great way to get rid of spammers who use your server as last option.
