You guys should add a validator where you can only upload 10 seconds/user.
Let say, every multi upload has 3 threads. While uploading the 3 videos, the system will count down fro 10 to 0 then it will add another threads.
That's why if they use the api, and upload multiple files on a single account, it will not upload at the same time.
dude you cant compare maybe your uploadvolume to others, and the hoster have no problems with more uplaods, the only problem was the DDos in the last days, your idea will not make anything better, it just would make alot of importend users angry cause the upload need much longer then normaly.
I just speak for my self as exemple, if i need longer then 10 seconds for 10 uploads i would allready remove the host cause it needs tomuch time ( and thats why i dont upload to vidto.me and others ) cause the upload speed is not good, or i dont uplaod to Streamcloud anymore cause 1000 uploads a day limit ( even with 3-4 accounts and so 3-4 times more uploads it would not be usefull for me anymore. )
Also if your idea would be enough for you, he would use much more users who brings more money cause more views and so on, you cant just say as an average or minimum uploader it would be better, cause for big uploaders it would be a reason to left the host.

It was just an opinion of mine, because he said that he receives DDoS attack by uploading random videos on the site. And they should also change the API user key, do not user the ID because they can easily upload to another account by just guessing the user id. (I actually don't recommend because I will have to re-code my program)

Login is unstable
Some times it show me recaptcha wrong, but i am sure my input is correct.
Also, force logout around every 2 mins.
And when i uploaded few files, i cannot found it in video manager, dont know is it related to auto logout(because during upload, the system force logout already).

The perfomance is better again now. However I as coder have to still doing pending changes on the sites. It takes me a while to update something.

Everytime I upload a new file it's showed on the video manager but when I click it shows as if it was deleted "404"

It also happened to me for a moment, I thought it was because the random account upload attack happening again so you made it that way.
I saw a lot of videos and folders that didn't upload or create by me.
I clicked few videos, some of them (including the videos that I just uploaded) shows 404 and some of them (a bit older than the latest videos) works fine.
But it all back to normal after re-login. So I guess I was seeing someone's video manager mixing with mine.
It was caused by the async in the database layer, its all fixed now and now i am securing the upload system.
