I see no reason to ban caio .. I don't see any flaming towards other members. He only gives his opinion.

Perhaps he's not using Rapidspeeds, but I bet those screaming for his ban aren't too.

So, only those having either a direct relationship with Leaseweb or Rapidspeeds, please respond. Others please play with something else than your keyboard.

If anyone is suspected to have nothing to do with the companies mentioned above, you might be required to do so. If you cannot, infractions or bans will be given.
This rule is reversed. Just post away if you think you have something important to say.

I have send leaseweb an e-mail, and give them a link of their thread,
praise them to plug back the server for 14 days for let us get the data backup, and allow us contact leaseweb for arrangement directly,but no luck, this is their reply.

I totally agree with you and am on your side. However, this is a
decision has been made at lawyer level. Our managers agree what
contract/layers says.

On the other hand; Rapidspeeds was using own network and IP range, we do
not know which ip belongs to which server unless we get a list from
owner of Rapidspeeds and this is what we are still trying to get as
well.

For now; We only can help you to provide new server.

Well, I'll tell you guys what I know - which is not much.

- We did have a 5-6Gbit DDoS going on just before everything went down, I don't know if this was the cause, but our Cisco router was running at 93-100% CPU Load.

- I haven't heard from Darren in a few hours, so I assume he is dealing with it

- I do not think it is due to abuse, as I would have seen the emails

- I can not post emails from LeaseWeb as the mail server is down along with the whole network. Odds are Darren is dealing with them on the phone.

- Servers are still running I assume, as it seems only the network is down. This means your data is still there. I have no info one when/where/how it will be recoverable.

What we need to know is, how can we get the data back ? or is there any chance for server to be online again ?? all of us here are running server business, i think we all know what will be happened when our server are down ? RapidSpeeds.com been down for more then 24 hours, I think darren should give us an update, not by hiding like tortoise. we have to face our client, but where is rapidspeeds ? IRC no one online, cant submit ticket, twitter didnt reply. is it a professional way to handle your client while server down ?
 
I understand. I also ran EvoBoxes, and I feel for my customers. Not to mention I had a few bits of important personal information on my server as well.

I don't really have any timeframe, sorry.
 
Yea you are being told lies, or at least not told the truth. Not that I would expect you to be told anything, look what happened to Craig..
