There TOS is going to hit them hard if so many ded servers are down.

That would be hard for them to take out of pocket if they came back up.

That I can't confirm (check with those who've more exp). If you're not using too high BW (web hosting only)... i'm sure you can find many other provider right here at WJ that somehow allows warez
