We are now working on development v2 of RaidPIC.com which will see many changes to the site with a completely new layout and a whole bunch of new features our users have requested. To give you a bit of a preview, here are the initial mock-designs of the site:

Features of RaidPIC v2:

  • Select up to 50 images at the same time for upload (adding up to 7mb for guests and 10mb for registered users).
  • Cutom user watermarks - image and text option.
  • Image resizing option (ability to keep aspect ratio).
  • Improved user-friendly gallery.
  • [unconfirmed] Ability to create/delete galleries, move images to other galleries.
  • [unconfirmed] Integrated image editor - resize, rotate, crop, basic effects (colour adjustments, red-eye removal, lighting adjustments).

I contacted a coder I know a couple of weeks ago who is working on it with me. Dunno what phatal told you.

Also, I don't see this as a competition. Best of luck with imgcentre, but we will go our own way at out own pace.

Lets keep this topic on track, so we would appreciate feedback on both the design and features while we are at this development stage :D.

The logo doesn't even match with the skin. You should've gone with a darker interface.
That logo is temporary to show where it would go, haven't designed the new one yet.

We considered a darker style (same colours as raidpic currently has) but aren't too sure at the moment. Suggestions for dark or light?

This is fairly advanced but do-able. How about the function to upload a zip file that contains images. The images are then extracted and your returned a bunch of links to view your images?
