Dear Users.

Someone tried to hack playtube like they have done with aparat and upstream and other hosts. We have disabled website and all file servers during the time we fix the issue.

At this moment your files are safe. We found the issue and fixing it now. Please allow us up to an two hours to clear everything out.

Our passwords are one way encrypted. If you had account somewhere else you need to change password everywhere. Not only playtube has the issue.

UPDATE V1.

We found the issues and exact way how the person managed to upload file that uses ffmpeg exploit. We've doing reverse engineering of encryptor now to decrypt all the files.

Will update my post as soon as i have some more info for you.

Corporate Membership is a privileged group as is the Veteran group. Mucha clearly has no respect for his competitors or the platform he advertises his business on, along with attacking Jason (E.voload). For that reason, he has been permanently banned.

It's a bit sad to have banned it when the situation is rather complicated, especially since we know absolutely nothing about the nature of your conversation. It forces us to go through e-mail, once again. I respect your choice, but on the practical and "visitors" side, we are annoyed...

There was a lot of bad blood between Mucha and Evoload's Jason the last days. Most of what was posted publicly, has been removed by Mods after short time, so you won't be able to find it here in the forum. So I can assure you, reasons are not made up. My opinion about the decision itself - doesen't matter I think.
 
I never dared to say that the reasons were invented, and as I said in the previous message, I respect the choice. I don't want to know what happened, and if the ban is justified, so much the better! While Mucha wasn't smart to provoke Jason, WJunction's moderation banned him at a time when people using Playtube are waiting for answers that may be quite urgent.

Above all, it should be understood that WJ is often the only quick medium that allows for effective communication of suggestions and comments. To ban the person for 'selfish concerns' that I hope can be resolved in private (sorry about the term, but I say it as I mean it), is like cutting off the conversation medium for PlayTube users.

There's now only email as a means of contact, and given the state of some platforms, it's too risky. It's counterproductive, and like you, ThE_AdMiRaL, my opinion on the decision itself doesn't matter... But as a user of the PlayTube site, it doesn't make my job any easier. I deplore the current situation and just wanted to point that out. Thank you for reading me.

guess it what happen when playtube admin ddos attack other competitorss like he been doin to evoload.io
it was not provoke it is damage to other host. just as he did to go unlimited
banning is well made for this
 
Some update to the situation on playtube, as he can't inform you about the current status he asked me to do that.
In the next couple of hours all should come be back to normal :)
 
I'm getting this message on 90% of my videos "This video file cannot be played. (Error Code: 232011)" from Playtube. Is anyone else experiencing this and how do/did you fix it?

You would of been even more annoyed when Mucha closed Playtube like his other scams. Mucha was responsible for dosing Pornsera and my site Pornkind.

He has no respect for WJ users clearly, his service was big because of WJ he did not realise that until now.
