How many times should we tell you this is not a RDP SALES THREAD, this is for dedicated, submit a ticket for this to BuyRDP.com

you guys are terrible in customer service, sent my ticket days 30/09 and so far nothing to answer me, I solocitei refund the amount charged on my paypal account.
 
We already reinstalled that server twice and we have added your server to your OVH NIC, now i would like to request you to format it yourself.

The reinstall button is right in your manager.
 
Why you doing subscription? This is most annoying thing in payments. Yesterday i paid invoice for server and today i got email that my credit card charged again :/ I submitted ticket to refund this payment because i need that money ASAP, hope it will not took 24h to resolve high priority ticket.

I hope you know WE DO NOT DO SUBSCRIPTION, Both choices are there while paying INVOICE, when paying IF YOU SELECT SUBSCRIBE, its purely your choice, we do not force that one.

Clients have their own choices so we offer both ways.
And in case you paid twice, you will get refund or CREDIT to your account.

Your server should be here today, OVH is facing LONG QUEUES for the server you ordered, we delivered 8 servers in past 2 days, still got 4 pending to come from OVH including yours.

Ok i submited request about refund with hight priority more then 24h ago but still no response.
And i don't want to cancel server i just want back payment that was made by subscription.

I wonder when your majesty going to resolve my ticket who posted 48 hours ago and no answer given in ticket system? I must agree with @R®USSHIM_I™Â¯ support is slow and low quality. I think respected provider/seller should inform as soon as possible what is situation at the moment but not like that, i must go to some forum to search someone from staff this is funny.

every hosts company's customer support was amazing before buying you any plan, but after that got to sleep, this is my personal experience because I used too many companies from last 11 years, one I purchase RDP access from this buyrdp hosting. but I was not satified with them I requested for refund I got my payment after 2 months but less with 10$ when ask them through msn why they did this to me, they block me on msn. there are just few companies are providing best qualities.
