Replied to your PM problem solved. We are working on a new system so this problem should hopefully be eliminated in the future.
 
i sent mail from Jul 1 (2 days ago) to Admin@oteupload.com and i didn't received any answer .. you told me he will answer tomorrow but as usually no answer

it's not my problem .. i have 100 legal sells and You said i had 30 chargebacks/fraud related charges and you cut the money from my account .. so pay for legal sells .. but you want to take both legal and illegall

i can't say to people don't fraud you .. you can close visa option .. i'm only uploader and i want only payment for my legal sells ..

on 11/5 , I have $ 543 and I request payout
But on 27/5 , my request is rejected and you say it is the fault of the OTE technique
then , money paid back into balance and I request payout again.
and again , my request is rejected on 15/6.

I sent mail to the helpdesk and get feedback on 15/6 :
You have to send us the source where you are uploading your stuff because you are getting alot of fraud sales.

but I stopped uploading more than a month.
My money is mostly due to rebill (30 rebills).
If I cheat, will have the refund request and I will not have so much rebill.
there may be some fraudulent sale , but it is the fault of the downloader.
I can guarantee I'm not cheating.
if some sales is fraud , Please just pay me the legal sale.
Please check again all sale.

something it`s very strange with this rejected payments here in oteupload... to many rejected.. i can`t remember any other host in which people complain for so many rejected payments... i hope they not lie people because it`s very easy to put reason rejected payment and all money in pocket....
