We have checked your account and it had more than 30 chargebacks/fraud related charges. So sadly we had to reject your payout, as said before we do not make payments to fraudulent charges.

Guys the current premium page was better then the before one that way we generate more sales then before and this time less reff more sales. the prob Oteupload have facing some lack of confident from premium buyers. Reason is obvious massive last days down time so wait for 1-2 weeks with same plan and work as you do before you will see more sales.

Yes I completely agree with you. my sales descreased too since new system. I think it's not just me, the other uploader sales decreased. I think members did not like the new system or sales not counting properly in new system.

check account again and you will find You are deducted the money, which it says illegally or fraud

it's not my problem .. i have 50 or 100 legal sells and You said i had 30 chargebacks/fraud related charges and you cut the money from my account .. so pay for legal sells .. but you want to take both legal and illegall

i can't say to people don't fraud you .. you can close visa option .. i'm only uploader and i want only my legal sells

As we said before we were under a heavy DDoS attack, there was very little we could do about it. We have since solved the problem and site will not go down again. We are planning to change back to the old system as many users are requesting this so do not worry.

There is many users with chargebacks/fraud sales it means that they have users that are frauding them, we obviously cant payout to people that are bringing in these kind of users so it results in banning or rejected payout.

Everything should be smooth sailing from here on out, of course some rejected payouts will occur but this is due to our policy against fraudulent charges.
