Hi guys,

I'm the owner of TVstreamScript.com, a semi-automated CMS for video streaming websites. I've decided to move our official support forum to here because we had troubles fighting with spam on our own forums

For those who are not familiar with TVstreamScript:
TVSS is the most popular CMS for creating TV show / movie streaming sites. It comes with semi-automatic (one click) content grabbers to get content as easy as possible and with content submitters to generate traffic.

lepunk, y not trying to make the script integrate with forum boards like IPB, vB etc? If you guys can make such an addon and sell it... this would run pretty well.. Ofcorse only if its in a fair price :P
 
google analytics problems

How do i get my google analytics working?
I cant remember what i did last time to make it work. I am now using my own google account and not my brothers. I went to the account settings in tvstreamscript and change the info to my google account info and the google analytics says that the code is not installed on my site. I went to the template folder of the template i am using and opened header.tpl and place the java script code in there and it still says it is not installed.

what am i doing wrong?

I assume you are saying it would be great to have a contact form* which I agree. By the way it seems as Sidereel is locking tv shows to prevent people from submitting epsiodes to certain shows, Uh Oh!
 
they normally allow submissions after a while sometimes they just lock ceartin episodes for a while usually no longer than a day I'd try submitting the episodes that were block tommorrow
 
feature requests

couple requests.

1. a select all button for when grabbing new embeds when replacing broken links.

2. create a couple of user groups. webmaster, mod, regular member, non signed up user.
(webmaster full options)
(mod add new tv shows and episodes/movies and replace broken embeds with new ones)
(regular member, as is right now but have option for webmaster to deactivate selected ad spaces.)
(non signed up user. as is)

3. TV Submitter for seriessurfer.com as of now I have just been submitting there manually.

4. News plugin so we may inform our users of changes and other things (not to worried about that feature as i use facebook pages for it right now)

5. allow users to add people to a friends list and when they are watching some thing on the site it streams a feed to their friends when they click share. example "username is watching tv show episode title or movie title" this is a great way for people to discover other shows or movies they normally do not watch or see. Option for members to add tv shows episode titles and movies to a favorites list. Iguess it wouldnt hurt to add user Private messaging.


Sorry that i am asking for a lot, but these are some ways to keep our members active on our sites and interact with each other a little bit.

he will get back to you quickly on here he maybe sleeping or afk at the moment. If you have made your order already on his site and done the payment it will just take a small amount of time for him to approve it and hook up your license number. You will need to provide him with the domain name you want the script run on so he can add that to the license as well.

How do you update the files from version 1.7 to version 1.82 without altering the information already on the site?
Also I have the wave template - How can my Cpalead javascript code work - do I have to embed the code into one of the files?

Just follow the Readme that came for upgrading, and copy thumbs and any folder that has valuable info , then edit.

For cpalead to work you have to add the code to the javscript part in settings/advertisment and then add cpalead rules
