If this thing happened to you. try re-uploading it. Probably the upload server that should process this is kind of overloaded and result a timeout error. I am still monitoring this why it keeps happening. Because on my local it works perfectly fine.

Wtf? you want $ 10 fee for bitcoin. ?? if I'd seen this in first, I definetly haven't used you. already btc has come out for such stupid fee cuts. Update yourself

Hello,

We are using a 3rd party btc wallet. That fees is not ours, it's them. But we pay higher amount than requested payout request so sometimes fees on us.

then they're ripping you off. now fee is 12,11 dollars. ?? I use a lot of sites, and you're the only one who wants a fee in BTC.

We do have other BTC wallets but we don't plan to use it as our payment methods. It also includes fees. That is why sometimes, we pay the fees instead. Since BTC has doubled this month, that is why it's $12
You are free to use other payment method with lower fees.
Or you can use Payoneer, which has 0% fee.

Hello,

It takes a lot of time to encode the higher version of the video. Which we usually encode the lower version so it can be watched as soon as possible. :)

Update: I uploaded the old fashioned way. Downloaded and uploaded with Web upload. No problems. RU is obviously still broken after a month.
