Cable -chars-Wireless/wifi card?
On Windows I have to setup the connection.It should auto configure for cable since there is no setup required, just like on windows. That's why I need to know the chipset so I can check the kernel modules.
Run `lspci` in a shell (without the backticks) and see if you can decipher which is your network chipset. (or save it to a text file, copy to a flash drive and paste it here)
