well if i remember correctly, ovh has weird grsec kernels where modules are staticly linked in stead of loaded which is quite interesting, maybe thats what hes talking about.
its a little bit harder to get vps's setup and running there - but not impossible

in hypervm you can execute commands, look for that section

for the mint look i was referring to the menu / task bar, which looks suse/mint(ish), also afaik, deluge doesnt support DHT/PEX yet, which transmission will be soon, something to look at.
Looks good except transmission > deluge, also wine doors would be nice to include, theme reminds me too much of mint, but other than that it looks ok
