he bought hosting on the same server, or compromised a site on the same server (it was on a shared hosting plan) the box didnt run suphp or anything to chroot per virtualhost, he uploaded random php shell, read the config, dumped the db, etc, etc.

for the mint look i was referring to the menu / task bar, which looks suse/mint(ish), also afaik, deluge doesnt support DHT/PEX yet, which transmission will be soon, something to look at.

Looks good except transmission > deluge, also wine doors would be nice to include, theme reminds me too much of mint, but other than that it looks ok good choice in music.
