I can't choose the plan when i create an account. I put my email, I write the captcha and I receive the password on my email and finally i login on shareflare and i have the tariff "percent" .
 
Hey ShareFlare. I have a question about multiple accounts. I recently created a new account on Percent tariff and i want to stick to this tariff. Could you guide me how i could close other 2 accounts i hold please? Thanks in advance :)

i have problem in my account in calculate my ratio of my sales
from 6\4\2013 to 8\4\2013
the files in my account have 5 sales
which coast is about 52$
and i must get 60% of my sales
which mean i must get 31.2$
but all i get is about 15$
so there is some wrong in calculate my ratio of my sales
so please take a look on my account and help me in solving this problem

i'm Registered on an electronic network
which mean the same router but have more than one ip
and the ip is changed every day
i just have my account which you blocked
and another percent account
which you didn't put in the list you wrote it
and i think you allowed to have 2 percent account
and if i made so many accounts like that
did you think i will open my account from the same ip that have so many accounts like that ?!
please the account you blocked is my only real account which i upload on it
and i will continue upload on it then after you unblock my account If you allowed
and you can watch my account to be certain that i continued upload and use my account or not
please repack my account because i really need my account
and i will unplug the other users from the router and this ip will be for me only
and this ip will use the only account which you blocked

to approve to you that the ip is always change in my pc
the other account that belong to me is : finocombo@yahoo.com
which you didn't but in the list that you think it's belong to me
the whole matter is some misunderstanding from me
and i can fix it

if you can see the whole actions that happened in my account
you will find that in the first i was added this payout info Z246836161863 which belong to me
but some problem happened with webmoney bank which they didn't make me able to transfer my money to another accounts
until i validate my phone number in my webmoney account, but they didn't send any sms to me to validate my account
so I worried that will be some problem in my account and can't be able to use the money which transfer to it
so i asked some one which with me in the electronic network to get me account to order the payout to it till fixing the problem in my account
and i didn't have any idea that he use this payout before or he made all of this accounts
and he send to me the payout data which be now in my blocked account
and now i'm sure he is the person who made whole of this accounts
if i'm the one who made whole of this accounts, did you think i didn't know that isn't allowed to make so many accounts with the same ip or put the same payout info for another used account ?
of curse i know all of that isn't allowed
but i didn't know that this payout info put in used account before or he made whole of this accounts
so please the whole matter is some misunderstanding
and i can fix it

Added after 21 minutes:

and if you allowed to repack my account
you can change the payout info to my first payout info
and I will be obliged to wait 10 days to be able to order payout
and in this time you can watch my account
and to be sure that there is no more other account this ip will use it
as i will unplug all of the users from the router
and to be sure that i will continued in using and upload to this account
and after this time you can be sure if i telling you the truth or not

I think that Credit Card Premium Purchases are not being reflected by your system.Letitbit and Shareflare systems gives credit card puschases two month later, but My earnings stay the same and not increase as if I have never made a premium sale on credit cards.I want this problem to be solved as soon as possible.Some important information and screenshots from my account are following.by the way you should hire a support staff who can speak even a little bit Turkish.

Do you mean that if someone buys through sms I get 60%.
And do over precent earns with download or only for sale
