Is there any problem with Hotfile Ranks?

its not fine guys may be you can say i'm a noob at uploading etc but the fact is that long ago i was at silver even when i was uploading movie big files.i personally think they are cheating to pay less.but still it the one who gets most download as everyone has a hotfile premium now :D
 
It obvious HF cheating,I do exclusive uploading for people, So what I do is when someone request some events from me,sports, I upload it to HF and mail them the links,so on the the reqested guy get th links and links never die.
SO as usual I uploaded a PPV for this peoson yesterday and l8r he informed me that he download all 4 rar files and I can delete those files off my account,So checked the file manager,wola,only 1 file has been downloaded as for the file manager,

Of course HF cheats.

If I could maintain a rank of Gold, I would not have moved away from HF. Eventhough HF have a very small list of paid countries, revenue from HF was far greater than my current FS+BS. Keep in mind 75% of my downloaders were from Japan. Fileserve only pays $10/100 for Japan whereas HF's Gold rank gives $12/1000. However, if your users are mostly US and UK, no doubt Fileserve/Bitshare/Filesonic are the best!

Plus, HF's file manager sucks but at least it's fast and problem-free. Fileserve is just the opposite: its file manager is great but it's ultra slow. Plus other minor problems/bugs. I don't look only at if the pay is good or not....
 
I think changing the rank once a week would be fair. Sometimes I upload something but don't have enough time to spread them and drop to copper at next day.

i hv 30k~40k dls daily, been bronze for many months, now hf downgraded me to copper bronze. :(

ok, i am still happy, i should be happy :). hf is stable though. only the rank system will give you some uncertainty, and totally unpredictable.
