We already sent email(approx 3 emails) to every user that we are going to shift the server , if you did not read it that is not our problem .
Another thing is we do not want to shift the server you are our client from last 3 months did we do this thing like this in past ? It all happen due to rapidspeeds scam and if you take update from this thread about the RS server then you will know that when it is going down .
So stop blaming us
You can answer in polite way...right ?..It's not like you are giving away free service...people are buying for it.This thread is for sale purpose & not for to get update.
Rapidspeeds scam/down excuses...This is what I hated from my old provider awesomeRDP..rather than offering me support he Ignored my chat msg & when I said here in thread..he asked me to move file to file host(everyone knows what speed you get sumtimes wid filehost & as non-premium use)over all..It wasn't easy to move 350-400 GB file to file host & download again as free user... it was his responsibility to move my data to safe place...anyways thanks to Lifetalk who offered me free space to protect my data.
what I am trying to say here..it's you people responsibility as we buy service from you guyz and not from your Server provider.

I got e-mail from support saying my RDP is ready & they want me to reply to tht e-mail before they send me logins detail...I did & now got e-mail saying some Server issue.Hope I will get my account tomorrow Morning.
Yep..I can understand that part...but again this is business..you are offering service and people bought from you..Not directly from data center..whatever happens with DC its your lookout.In some point you are right but how come it is our responsibility when some one Scam you?
and think again Rapidspeed Scam is not a excuse , we lost 6 server and $2100 in it .It is better thing to backup your data on Filehost i guess 99.9% user have premium account and i also think that data are back uped using that filehost

No matters, how good service a person offer..He can't make everyone happy..tit-for-tat is not good for business..If you talk in the same style as he does it will give bad impression about you.Some clients complain for no reason & some talks just nonsense..you should not react on that...it's better to ignore than to get into fights(In business) because a bad mouth spreads faster than good.The manner in which the answer was given was polite if compared to the way it was asked. Just see his wordings.

Well, I just doublechecked my e-mail and THERE WAS NOT INFORMATION that I will be moved to a new server. Only infor about problems with servers, informaton about problem solved and THAT it. So, dont excuse Yourself with the something You didn't do. So, please, before moving AGAIN to a new Server, F inform us to backup our data. I lost 150Gb of data I collected for two F weeks.

The rapidspeeds servers will be online just for 2 days. So, if someone needs, kindly make necessary backups.
In the meanwhile, we will be setting up new servers and transfer you before rapidspeeds go down again.

The important part is server is only up for 48 hours . It will be going down after 16.00 hours CET 2nd December 2011.So I am requesting our clients to start backing up your important data , Soon we will get the new servers and we will start shifting our clients from RS server .
