We already sent email(approx 3 emails) to every user that we are going to shift the server , if you did not read it that is not our problem .

Another thing is we do not want to shift the server you are our client from last 3 months did we do this thing like this in past ? It all happen due to rapidspeeds scam and if you take update from this thread about the RS server then you will know that when it is going down .
So stop blaming us

You can answer in polite way...right ?..It's not like you are giving away free service...people are buying for it.This thread is for sale purpose & not for to get update.
Rapidspeeds scam/down excuses...This is what I hated from my old provider awesomeRDP..rather than offering me support he Ignored my chat msg & when I said here in thread..he asked me to move file to file host(everyone knows what speed you get sumtimes wid filehost & as non-premium use)over all..It wasn't easy to move 350-400 GB file to file host & download again as free user... it was his responsibility to move my data to safe place...anyways thanks to Lifetalk who offered me free space to protect my data.

Anyways, At least you seems better than awesomeRDP as you offered & moved your client to new server..
I got e-mail from support saying my RDP is ready & they want me to reply to tht e-mail before they send me logins detail...I did & now got e-mail saying some Server issue.Hope I will get my account tomorrow Morning.
 
In some point you are right but how come it is our responsibility when some one Scam you?

and think again Rapidspeed Scam is not a excuse , we lost 6 server and $2100 in it .It is better thing to backup your data on Filehost i guess 99.9% user have premium account and i also think that data are back uped using that filehost

anyway you will be getting your account , read the email regarding the issue.

Let me clear first of all that I am not arguing, just want to clear doubts. Take it politely and you'll see how we helped.

The manner in which the answer was given was polite if compared to the way it was asked. Just see his wordings.
We sent emails for making backups not one but a thrice.
He didn't care to check his email box or junk box (junk should be checked often too).
Yes, we understand this is sales thread that's the reason we sent out emails too.

We fully understand that you pay us and its our duty to provide you high quality service and I think we are doing that. We managed to keep InstantRDP up and running even if we got a big loss of $2100.
Just think if users can't backup 300GB , how can we backup data for all our users ourselves in a small amount of time. We had important task to arrange new servers for all our users before the old servers went down which we did.
Lifetalk,boxslots and others did a great work too by providing storage. :)

We're not giving excuses , just we are telling the reason why you might be facing problems.

About your account, we had to setup 7 servers yesterday. Our last server got some problems which is sorted out now. So, you'll get receiving the details as soon as possible.

With all that being said, you'll know what quality of service and support we provide once you stay with us for a month. We hope to provide you with top notch server and serve you with high quality support.

Well have to say service has always been A++

In no way of what happened was it instantrdp's fault, i'm just glad they continued service. Yeah, support on their end seemed a little less then what they usually are, but imagine, we're worrying about ourselves, they have to worry about 100+ people!

I applaud InstantRDP for what they've done here.

Excellent service, Never a problem that was their cause.

Yep..I can understand that part...but again this is business..you are offering service and people bought from you..Not directly from data center..whatever happens with DC its your lookout.
File host is not the perfect choice...upload speeds sucks most of the time..It took me 9 hours to upload 115 GB to file host as they had slow upload speed (more & more ppl were uploading).
Anyways, I know & it won't be fair at all to blame you but a humble words can do the magic.

No matters, how good service a person offer..He can't make everyone happy..tit-for-tat is not good for business..If you talk in the same style as he does it will give bad impression about you.Some clients complain for no reason & some talks just nonsense..you should not react on that...it's better to ignore than to get into fights(In business) because a bad mouth spreads faster than good.

Now give me RDP before Lifetalk delete my files from his ServerX-(

So, dont excuse Yourself with the something You didn't do. So, please, before moving AGAIN to a new Server, F inform us to backup our data. I lost 150Gb of data I collected for two F weeks.

Every thing solved. Now all accounts are sent. Now we'll be back to offer instant support.
 
The rapidspeeds servers will be online just for 2 days. So, if someone needs, kindly make necessary backups.

In the meanwhile, we will be setting up new servers and transfer you before rapidspeeds go down again.

Rapidspeeds servers are temporarily up just for 2 days (courtesy of Leaseweb) for making data backups.

To clear all confusions , here is the official email from leaseweb

The important part is server is only up for 48 hours . It will be going down after 16.00 hours CET 2nd December 2011.So I am requesting our clients to start backing up your important data , Soon we will get the new servers and we will start shifting our clients from RS server .

You don't have to feel sorry. You both have already done your job by updating your thread to informed us many times to make a backup on time then why you people(customers) didn't follow that and now you are here start blaming instantRDP.

I am also a customer and always been active here. When you are using RDP for downloading Gb's and GB's of data after knowing that it will be shutdown in no time then it's your responsibility to make a backup on time..;)
 
People with bad feedback. You need to have some patience when you make tickets.
My tickets have all been solved. Pretty much quick everytime I make it..

I am really happy customer! with InstantRDP.
Plus you guys get too many problems, you will receive alternatives for certain time.

I guess I am not affected by Rapidspeed thing.
