I needs to move my domain to somewhere good. Otherwise, I have to leave it. It's been 7 years and over 500+ loyal paid customers and over 1.7PB+ files stored in Co-locations data centers. Everything going over because of one name Porkbun. I can't reveal everything here because they are very much active on the internet. And they have my real details which can be compromised.. I don't trust them at all.

Anyway.. I need a good domain register that has no issue with DMCA and lawsuits. And understand HE IS JUST A DOMAIN REGISTRAR NOT HOSTED ANY DATA. Help..

Thanks

Depends on the TLD, but in general look to China or Russia.

55hl.com
eranet.com
cnobin.com
dnspod.cn
ename.net
reg.com
openprovider.com (NL) might also be decent (?).

The chinese websites may be a bit diffucult to navigate even when using english settings, so the russian reg.com might be a good alternative. According to their TOS they will not suspend you due to copyright allegations.

[The] registrar has no right to apply sanctions to the domain name on the basis of third parties claims. Domain administrator independently carries out domain management and is solely responsible for the materials, posted on its resources and and all actions related to the domain name.

I will give you some inputs.

Be aware the prices are expensive because they are focused in Privacy and Anonymity, for this reason the prices won't be cheap as you are expecting to be, you or others.

Also I never used them, I can't vouch for them, but they are selling in other forums and places, might be a good try.

The 1 & 2 are reliable, I saw feedback from people using them.
https://prq.se/?p=domains (this is gold, used for some websites very well know datacenter)

Good reliable providers (No carding, no spam, no phishing, no fraud, no fake pills or drugs or you can have your domain blocked / suspended)
https://easydns.com (used by the piratebay, they only shutdown with valid canada court order in .org, you can read in their blog post)
https://sarek.fi (used by Njal.la in some extensions or contact them?)
https://alexhost.com (we use a registar based in Canada called OpenSRS which is TUCOWS?)

Another registars (chinese registars is a good to go)
http://en.todaynic.com/ (try to buy from them or resellers)
https://www.eranet.com/domain/search.php (I think they use todaynic because in footer page of today they are there, i think you can buy from here)
https://www.now.cn/ (same of eranet, they are reselling from todaynic or are the same company)

You MUST USE ccTLD domains. The only TLD domain that can be good is .org
Another way is to use TOR Onion websites with onion extension.

Any domain can be seized, but ccTLD are more difficult and hard than TLD (.com and .net)

Best Regards,
Alexhost

Not correct, the domain name is Njal.la
NameCheap,GoDaddy,Bluehost.
Are you kidding buddy? Please make your research you are totally wrong and probably you don't know anything about that.

I'm not sure about these. I haven't used them or checked their TOS or DMCA policy, but I have the feeling they're not as liberal as other registrars.
You shouldn't be sure, what he told is a pure lie and he doesn't know nothing about privacy or data security to recommend those things. That is a wrong way if someone follow what he told.

Clearly that member doesn't know what is doing and saying, which is very dangerous for who follows what he said.

They aren't stealing, what happens is Njal.la is not bulletproof.

I saw people trying to buy domains to sell Viagra pills, drugs, phishing and fraud that is not allowed.

They allow pirated domains but .com and .net are managed by Verisign in US.
Can be easily blocked, locked or deleted.

.to have a agreement with anti-piracy groups.

Many hostings like 1337x.to are using Njal.la and never happened so on.
They make pressure under Sarek.fi and Tucows (two registars of Njal.la)

Don't blame njal.la in all.. ;)
