Still dovecot error. Receiving dovecot error every hour. Still no support. I'm trying to contact you thru msn but no one bothered to answer. Submitted a fucking ticket on Sept 25th which only answered 1 day later (Sept 26th) asking for root pass. Now, a day has passed again and still no action.

i bought a vps and paid on 20/09/2010 paypal transaction id 3L1596017M963102K

never received any vps details now its been 7 days.

guys u think creating a vps account takes 7 days !!!

after opening ticket i just get answer to wait

so i opened a paypal dispute and you know what they answered that server is delivered and they send tracking info as "virtual item"



they are scammer i will never host s single site with them

If I remember correct you was on shared hostign right? If so WRZHost does not deal with them any longer, instead i believe it was moved onto to something call 1plus1hosting so you should try contact them about it.

problem solved 1plus1hosting replied that our dns setting are changed so thats the dns problem...

All tickets have been answered and we are almost through the order setup queue so a little bit more patience and wrzhost will be running perfectly again.
