I already opened ticket it is been 4-5 days and they just responded with please wait if they are changing management atleast they should inform and why customers should suffer? i just want my refund now .

i bought a vps and paid on 20/09/2010 paypal transaction id 3L1596017M963102K never received any vps details now its been 7 days. guys u think creating a vps account takes 7 days !!! after opening ticket i just get answer to wait so i opened a paypal dispute and you know what they answered...
