Hi guys

I've been talking with my partners from WRZhost about bringing the old forum back but once I opened the backup it was corrupted.
So since wbulletin is already a bit active and I spent most of my time there it will contain a WRZhost support section.
A link on wrzhost will be placed soon!

As you know wrzhost topics on wjunction get closed easily but I'll make sure every problem will be sorted out if you just follow the rules I posted there.

i bought a vps and paid on 20/09/2010 paypal transaction id 3L1596017M963102K

never received any vps details now its been 7 days.

guys u think creating a vps account takes 7 days !!!

after opening ticket i just get answer to wait

so i opened a paypal dispute and you know what they answered that server is delivered and they send tracking info as "virtual item"



they are scammer i will never host s single site with them

guys beaware keep distance from them

Have you tried opening a ticket maybe? I know management has just recently changed so there has been a backlog on the orders which are getting processed.
Open a ticket and ask whats the problem before calling people scammers.
 
I already opened ticket it is been 4-5 days
and they just responded with please wait

if they are changing management atleast they should inform
and why customers should suffer?

i just want my refund now .
 
Semi dedicated is back up, a client was eating up all the bandwidth and cpu so it went down.
We are balancing the load on semi dedicated so this should happen again in the future.
 
Hi,
Sorry about that, we had a massive increase in visitors to our website which had caused some load issues which is why it was suspended so we could move over to another server.
Everything is resolved fully now.
