How does piracy sites like NaughtyBlog survive @ google and other services while my small piracy site with only 1% of the traffic compared to naughtyblog gets taken down for "DMCA" complaints on both google, twitter, tumblr, and whatever other services i use.

I do not understand how this works honeslty, someone give me an idea here.

I make an ok amount but i could easily go 500% higher on sales if i had increased traffic but it just isn't possible, whenever i get the slightest traffic boost i get struck with huge DMCA and google just destroys me by removing everything, same with the social networks.

I find this site naughtyblog active on most social networks i have failed on yet they pirate every big company in porn, i actually repsond to DMCA and get hit even harder

Someone with some knowledge give me an idea what i am doing wrong and what they are doing right

Thanks!

I guess they have a proper DMCA policy and accept takedown requests.

Yeah? that doesn't work though as bots are reporting anything relating to "brazzers" "bangbus" and once you've gotten hit by bots for a few rounds google will just simple start de-indexing your stuff no matter what.

They clearly infringe on far to many toes to go untouched, but i guess they do post a lot of garbage and stuff from studios that have been dead for decades.

They seem to get hit every few months with a round of dmca's guess its one of them if you throw enough at the wall something is going to stick

DMCA

i guess as long as you are taking down all the videos, etc upon DMCA, you should be good. Most of all, have proper terms and conditions and DMCA terms and child porn terms, etc.

Most DMCA reports are made by robots. Usually the companies that own the content, specially on porn, don't even know that an URL was reported because of copyright infringement.

After you get a DMCA report, you have two options:
1 - Reply explaining why they should cancel this report, proving that what you are doing is legal
2 - Ignore this DMCA report and just accept that your URL will not be listed on search results again

Probably the traffic to this website is mostly from other sources rather than SEO. So they don't really care if companies keep reporting them to Google.

That's why is so important to build audience not only using SEO techniques. Use social media, e-mail or direct traffic, it will keep your traffic alive even if Google remove your website from search results.

In short, don't do piracy and your content will not be removed. Keep it fair and your website will be always healthy.

They noindex & nofollow their post to google. Only homepage is indexed.

then

how they get traffic then ?! :-=

what a joke !

also i can see naughty blog posts in google search pages !
