DMCA i guess as long as you are taking down all the videos, etc upon DMCA, you should be good. Most of all, have proper terms and conditions and DMCA terms and child porn terms, etc.

exchange i know a lot of sites exchanging traffic now a days are getting penalized by google because a lot of the sites were spam. I would do it if i get legit websites that are actually managed, not the automated ones.

chrome and firefox I like chrome but i prefer firefox over it. lots of control in firefox than chrome.
